The combination of Seven Pot Infinity and Seven Pot Douglah peppers, along with the fermentation process, gives this sauce a character that is, above all, brutal in its heat. The aroma is present, but subtle; it only comes to the fore slightly before its righteous strength hits you.

This sauce captivates (and disarms) extreme hotness lovers from the moment it hits their taste buds. Just a few drops are enough to seriously amp up the spiciness of a plate, and often the entire pot. Ideal for those who find spiciness a challenge and are looking for a sauce that “does the job” without too much fuss.

Ingredients: 7 Pot Infinity peppers (40%), 7 Pot Douglah peppers (39%), wine vinegar (16%), salt, lemon.

Fermented. Free from preservatives, thickeners and artificial colors.

After opening, store in a dry and cool place.
