This sauce is made from the famous Bhut Jolokia, also known as Ghost pepper – once the hottest pepper in the world. Before being surpassed by the Carolina Reaper, it held the throne for extreme spiciness.
The sauce is carefully fermented, which highlights the clean, intense, and complex flavor of the pepper itself, without unnecessary additives that would soften or mask it.
Just one drop is enough to give a dish a strong character and depth. It is most commonly used in stew-like dishes such as goulash, čobanac (shepherd's stew), or tripe, but it will also perfectly complement many other recipes – just let your imagination run wild.
Ingredients: Bhut Jolokia Red peppers (79%), wine vinegar (16%), salt, lemon.
Fermented. No preservatives, thickeners, or artificial colors.

After opening, store in a dry and cool place.
