Scotch bonnet peppers are known for their rich, aromatic flavor, and in this sauce, it's further deepened by the fermentation process. In terms of spiciness, they fall into our golden mean – vibrant enough to satisfy spicy lovers, but balanced enough for everyday use.

Although it is an indispensable part of Caribbean cuisine, this sauce goes great with pizzas, burgers, spreads, marinades and many other, yet undiscovered combinations.

Ingredients: Scotch bonnet peppers (79%), wine vinegar (16%), salt, lemon.

Fermented. Free from preservatives, thickeners and artificial colors.

Produces and markets OPG "HEY CHILLI, Zemljiradnička ulica 20, Umag".

After opening, store in a dry and cool place.
